Who processes your data

What we collect

What you enter in the forms: first and last name, email, phone if you give it, role, club, level, country and your message. For players, also the club and the club contact if you ask us to introduce PEP.

Why we use it

To answer your request, organise a demo or a pilot, tell you when PEP is available and, if you ask, contact your club. The legal basis is your request. We send news about PEP only if you ticked the box, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

Minors

Under-14s cannot fill in the forms: a parent does. If you ask us to contact your club, we do not give the club your personal data without your consent.

How long

We keep requests for 24 months after the last contact, then delete or anonymise them.

Who sees it

The PEP people who handle sales and support. Data is hosted on servers in the European Union. We never sell data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, by writing to [privacy email]. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
